Synthia has worked in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, banking, distribution and logistics, financial audit and controls, as well as IT consulting. Drawing from her diverse portfolio and over two decades of leadership experience, Synthia brings a fresh perspective to the firm. Over her career, Synthia has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Executives in 2021 by the Globe & Mail’s Report on Business magazine and also received the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade’s Wendy McDonald Diversity Champion Award in 2020.
