Stephanie is a partner at Harris & Company, Western Canada’s pre-eminent management-side labour, employment and human rights law firm. Our clients are employers who are small, medium and large organizations and companies in the public and private sectors, both provincial and federal. Stephanie has been advocating on behalf of her clients and providing strategic advice on all aspects of workplace law for over 19 years.

Stephanie regularly represents clients at arbitration, before the BC Labour Relations Board and the BC Human Rights Tribunal. Her advocacy brings her before the British Columbia Courts (both levels) and various federal tribunals. She is an experienced workplace investigator (bullying/harassment and discrimination investigations). She is frequently called upon to present at conferences and seminars.

Stephanie is highly effective on her feet. She is a persuasive advocate for her clients, adept at drilling down to identify a case’s winning argument, which has resulted in an impressive track record of successful outcomes.
