Drawn to the people-focused nature of workplace law, Ellen values the opportunity to have a positive impact on an organization’s work environment. She currently acts for and advises clients in both labour and employment, as well as administrative law. Ellen addresses human rights issues that arise in all these area, and in matters before the Human Rights Tribunal. Before joining Harris & Company as an Associate in 2020, she summered and articled at the firm, and she completed temporary articles at an Indigenous law clinic in the Downtown East Side.
