Catalina is an employment lawyer at Forte Law, who has been practicing employment and labour law in B.C. since 2006. Her experience includes private practice with a large national firm representing companies, in-house counsel for employment matters for a large retailer, private practice with a boutique firm representing mostly employees and Head of Employee Relations for the Canada operations of a global bank. She is also a workplace investigator, with particular expertise in bullying, harassment and fraud issues. Catalina holds a CPHR designation (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) and is a Certified Organizational Coach.
